Oliver James Associates are recruiting on behalf of a leading Investment Manager for an Interim head Of Compliance.

Our client, a leading Investment Manager is keen to appoint an Interim Head of Compliance for their growing organisation.

As a senior member of the Organisation, you will be responsible for managing and executing the Compliance Framework along with the compliance and regulatory risks relating to the ManCo.

As a partner to the business, the hire will support the achievement key strategic objectives and provide compliance leadership and advice to the Company and the wider group.

The successful candidate will have the following competencies;

• Hold or have previously held a PCF 14 or 15 title
• Strong understanding of UCIT and MIFID regulations
• Strong relationship Management experience.
