Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Company Secretary, Insurance, Financial Services

My client, a top-tier Insurance organisation is currently recruiting for a Company Secretary to join on an interim basis (3 months) and provide general secretarial support to the Group Company Secretary; servicing board and committee meetings within the company along with other key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have a sound knowledge of general office procedures, typing and diary management using Microsoft office products, including PowerPoint and Excel.

* Demonstrate commitment to quality customer service and feedback, continuously striving for accuracy in output.

* Demonstrate a high level of discretion in dealing with management issues and changes.

* Discern and asks questions, in a professional manner, the process within the department, seeking to promote improvements through ideas and changes.

Experience of Lloyd's of London would be ideal, however it is not essential. It is an FTC for 3 months, complemented with a salary of £40K.
