Location: Central London

Flexibility: 3 days p/week on site - 2 days p/week WFH

Salary: Basic salary and total package is very competitive

Our esteemed Insurance client, based in the vibrant city of London, is a dynamic and forward-thinking company dedicated to providing innovative solutions in the highly regulated insurance industry. We are currently seeking an Information Security Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our cybersecurity posture, process governance, and policy adherence.

You will be joining the Cybersecurity: Spearheading the cybersecurity efforts.

Role Overview:

As an Information Security Analyst, you will not be hands-on in cybersecurity tasks but will play a crucial role in understanding our systems, processes, policies, and how they align with our cybersecurity road map. You'll work closely with the Cybersecurity team to review existing practices and make recommendations for improvements, ensuring that the cybersecurity measures are robust and effective. While insurance experience is advantageous, it's not mandatory; however, experience in a regulated environment is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and recommend enhancements to existing processes and policies.

Ensure alignment with the cybersecurity road map and regulatory requirements.

Work with vendors and external partners as necessary.

As the company continues to grow, this role offers a clear trajectory for expanding responsibilities and potential movement into a lead or management role.

Educational background: A degree in Computer Science or Information Security.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.

Open-mindedness, enthusiasm, and a hunger for success.

Interview Structure:

The interview process is designed to ensure the best fit for our team and culture. It will consist of 3 stages of interview with one interview being face-to-face inn the London office.
