One of our key client is looking for experienced BA to take part in a global digital transformation project in the insurance space
- Understand and evaluate business requirements to ensure a smooth IFRS 17 implementation
- Liaise with the Project Manager and the Finance team to define project elements and milestones
- Perform analysis for the transition tool analysis for opening balance sheet
- Conduct UAT testing and provide solutions for the identified defects
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance or CPA/ CFA qualification is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year of experience in IFRS 17
- Participation in full project life cycle exposure using Agile methodologies
- Experience in large scale transformation project with extensive knowledge in finance reporting
- Strong team player and able to perform cross-functional work and communicate effectively
- Native Cantonese speakers are preferred
