One of our key client is looking for experienced BA to take part in a global digital transformation project in the insurance space

• Understand and evaluate business requirements to ensure a smooth IFRS 17 implementation
• Liaise with the Project Manager and the Finance team to define project elements and milestones
• Perform analysis for the transition tool analysis for opening balance sheet
• Conduct UAT testing and provide solutions for the identified defects

Who we're looking for:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance or CPA/ CFA qualification is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year of experience in IFRS 17
• Participation in full project life cycle exposure using Agile methodologies
• Experience in large scale transformation project with extensive knowledge in finance reporting
• Strong team player and able to perform cross-functional work and communicate effectively
• Native Cantonese speakers are preferred
