Helpdesk Analyst - Windows / AD / Applications / Finance
My centrally London based banking client is looking for an experienced and highly pro active Helpdesk Analyst to work supporting the EMEA business function. You will be working predominantly in a help desk role dealing with requests from the companies user base. The key technologies will be Windows operating systems (Windows 7 and they will be moving to windows 10), Microsoft and bespoke applications, Active Directory and ITIL. We are looking for someone ideally experienced in working within an environment where processes have to be followed to allow fixes and changes, you must also be prepared to drive changes and fixes through to resolution. You must have excellent communication skills and an ability to deal with people across the business.
