As Head of Technology Applications you will lead a team of BA's, QA's and a Scrum team, and work with the Data & Analytics team to ensure improved operations within the business. You will report directly to the CIO and help shape the future strategy around technology for the business.

A large MGA Insurance company, who have grown through acquisitions, and mergers. They are embarking on a large scale transformation of their policy and corporate applications and are looking for a strong leader to create a center of excellence of Business Analysts and QA's.
The Role:
As Head of Technology Applications you will lead a team of BA's, QA's and a Scrum team, and work with the Data & Analytics team to ensure improved operations within the business. You will report directly to the CIO and help shape the future strategy around technology for the business.
The Successful candidate should have the following experience:
- Insurance or FS background
- Proven leadership experience (growing, develop and recruiting teams)
- Agile background
- Familiar with corporate application and systems
- Strong executive presence
- Built or managed a center of excellence
