We are currently helping one of our largest clients, a large insurance business in Asia to recruit a key employee for their distribution business.
We are looking for a senior professional who will create their learning program from scratch and upscale the learning framework across all the distribution channels in 10+ Asian markets. This includes accountability for uplifting key performance indicators around sales performance and customer satisfaction. The areas of responsibility will involve upscaling agency, bancassurance, brokers and alternative channels.
Our successful candidate could come from a varied industry with a background in successful execution of learning strategies for large businesses with vast distribution networks. Someone who will be able to establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders and engage them in the improvement plans. Creativity and critical thinking are important in this role with a strong customer focused mindset.
