Senior management role in an extremely interesting Swiss IT company that are developing leading products for multiple organisations across Switzerland. The role itself will involve management of several software focused teams across numerous locations in Switzerland ensuring that each team is meeting targets and producing high quality work. This will be delivered through the management of and collaboration with team leaders and product owners.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of over 55 employees in across multiple teams with 6 direct reports
• Management of the development of innovative product based on customer requirements
• Ensuring maintenance performance as well as the ability to further develop individual software solutions
• Managing of multifaceted software projects for our customers
• Support employee personal growth and development within Software
• Budget responsibility and collaborating with other senior stakeholders to make business decisions

Your Profile

• Proven management experience with several years working in the Swiss IT market in management positions
• You have a background in software development and are now leading several teams
• Degree level education in computer science or other relevant similar qualifications
• Very good German language with English as a bonus
