Oliver James are partnered with a leading insurance client, engaged to support their search in finding a Head of Project Management to join their Change function on a permanent basis from January 2024 onwards.

This is an exciting time to join the business with significant amounts of change happening, to transform the business around digitisation, automation and ultimately their customer experience.

This person will be accountable for all Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Business Analysts to enforce standards, methods and tools across all areas of the business.

Their change function is 200 people wide, with nearly 75% of the workforce sitting under this role. There will be a large delivery component to this position and building relationships with stakeholders will be key to ensure successful delivery.

Ideally, you will have worked in technology driven projects in the past and be comfortable with agile ways of working. It would be highly beneficial if you have prior experience working in insurance / financial services / similar highly regulated environments.
