Leading Insurance Business; Senior, Strategic Role; Attractive Working Culture
This leading insurance business has an attractive working culture and is experience continued success and expansion. They are looking to hire a Head of Insurance Operations to ensure the daily business operations support quality service delivery.
You will work closely with business heads across claims, underwriting, processing and accounts to ensure quality of sales service and to improve workflow and systems to ensure operational efficiency. You will also resolve operational issues with brokers, agents and financial advisors and participate in product development initiatives and assist in corporate planning, risk and compliance matters where required.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in life & health insurance operations
- Strong working knowledge of customer services and / or risk management within insurance are preferred
- Strong managerial and leadership skills within insurance
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Project management experience with a focus on change management
