- You'll be managing and leading CRM implementations using Salesforce
- Leading and sharing with Technical teams from each salesforce practices (platform, commerce & marketing) will be an integral part of the role
- You'll be motivating technical and functional members of the Salesforce team to consider all options for technical decisions
- As a Head of CRM, you'll come from a technical background of Development or Consultant
- Understanding of how to build Salesforce teams and recruiting processes, bespoke for each implementation/ project
