Oliver James is partnering with a well known international reinsurer, who are seeking an actuarial analyst for their Group Head Office in London.

This vacancy sits within the London HQ of this global reinsurer. It's not often they hire at an analyst level so this is a great opportunity for a life actuarial student to join a market leading team. The current team have a brilliant culture.

The role will support a director with the analysis and development of capital management solutions and involve a variety of ad-hoc project work. Importantly, the role will involve consolidating and reviewing international business unit results which will provide excellent international exposure to the successful candidate.

Key deliverables will involve ORSA, testing actuarial models and supporting statutory reporting activities.

Candidates must have:

- Made a start with the actuarial exams, minimum 2 exam passes

- 1-3 years experience ideally

- Life Insurance/Reinsurance experience ideal, but for candidates with outstanding academics - other backgrounds can be considered

- The right to work in the UK
