The Role
German Speaking Windows Server Engineer | We are currently recruiting for an experience German-Speaking Windows Server Engineer on behalf of an established organisation based just outside of Zug in Switzerland. This organisation is currently under-going a significant tech transformation and is re-platforming a lot of their infrastructure & web-based platforms to Linux, Kubernetes & Google Cloud Platform (GCP), so this role will provide an opportunity, not just to leverage your Windows & Citrix expertise across the rest of the tech landscape, but also to upskill and learn new, open-source skills.
German-Speaking Windows Server Engineer Requirements
- Strong experience in Windows Systems Administration & Engineering
- Strong experience of working with Citrix XenApp
- Ability to speak fluent English and at least B2 German
- Willingness to relocate to Switzerland as well as willingness to travel to a couple of the company's sites across areas of Europe.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies (Kubernetes, GCP, etc).
- You should have EU Citizenship or a valid work permit for Switzerland to be eligible for this role.
This German-Speaking Windows Server Engineer role is permanent and is paying a salary of up to 100,000 CHF per annum, plus benefits. There is an on-call rota system which rotates every few weeks - the maximum you could expect to be on this is 3 times per month and you can earn an extra 500 CHF per week that you are on it.
