I am currently working with an esteemed Life insurance client in the Irish market who is looking for a nearly/newly qualified actuary to join their growing Risk function.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a nearly qualified actuary to leverage their specialized skills in risk evaluation and management.

As an senior member of the team, you will join a small team to support the 2nd line financial risk functions; including the production of the ORSA and recovery plans

This is a new role created so you will have plenty of scope to shape the direction of the position. You will have exposure to senior stakeholders including c-suite and risk committees.

• Qualification Level: 2 exams left up to 2 years post qualified experience.
• Financial Reporting or Modelling background with a good knowledge of Solvency II
• Previous experience in a risk function is desirable.
• Previous 2nd line experience is not required.
