Job Title: Finance Manager

Duration: 6 month FTC

Rate/Salary: £50,000-70,000 annual salary (Day rate options available)

Location: Wilmslow based (3 days in office, 2 days home working)

The Role:

- Developing and driving efficiencies in the month end process for the business unit

- Preparation of monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow

- Ensure all income, expenditure and capex is correctly accounted for, monitored and any variances to budget and prior year are analysed and understood

- Ensure financial reports are accurate and delivered to deadline

- Production of monthly Board packs for internal management, PE investors and banks

- Prepare VAT returns for review and sign-off

The Candidate:

- 3-5 years experience within a Senior Financial role

- Experience of producing monthly management accounts and related financial reporting

- People management experience (this role will have 2 direct reports)

- Advanced excel and data manipulation is essential

- Experience of working in or with PE backed businesses is preferable, but not essential
