A specialist insurance business based in the City of London are seeking a Facilities Manager to join during a exciting period of high growth & expansion.
What you will do:
- Daily office operations management, including maintenance/security.
- Craft a memorable & unique office environment for all visitors/employees.
- Manage landlord activites to ensue these are all coordinated with office schedule.
- Logistics setting for large meetings.
- Responsibility for all regulatory & health/safety requirement (Qualifications highly preferred).
- Work closely with building management to ensure essential facilities are maintained to best of their ability.
- Consider and be a champion of ESG and sustainability measures - how can I improve energy efficiency?
- Partaking in business continuity planning, with an obvious focus on activity's relating to the office.
What you Need:
- Enthusiasm and self-drive.
- Impactful communication and strong stakeholder engagement/management.
- Customer-focused.
- Strong organisational and time-planning skills.
- Prior experience of managing/planning a office move would be highly preferred.
- Prior experience of working in facilities orientated office management role.
(4 days a week into office with flex to 5 if needs be).
