Oliver James are currently recruiting for an expereince Enterprise/Operational Risk Manager to join a high growth Investment Bank in Dublin City.

This is a newly created position within the business focusing in which will focus on building organisational capability to manage risk on a more integrated and comprehensive basis across the business local and European footprint and for promoting a strong risk culture across the regions.

The opportunity presenting itself on the market is a diverse and utterly exciting prospect - touching on ERM Governance, Enterprise Risk management and climate Risk Management the successful candidate can expect a broad, diverse and challenging position working on both BAU and project work.

This opportunity requires you to provide regional and functional support in the ongoing enhancement and embedding of an effective ERM Framework in Europe, in line with Group requirements. The successful candidate can expect but not be limited to the following;

• Supporting the reporting and governance structures that underpin the effective implementation of ARM in the Dublin legal entity, with governance and reporting supporting to the UK legal entities as necessary.
• Support the implementation of ERM frameworks, policies, standards and procedures in coordination with the Group Risk program.
• Enhance governance practices in support of the development of a climate risk management framework for the region
