Director of Finance - London- Hybird model 6 month contract

Oliver James have partnered with an established Fintech based in London as they are looking to recruit a Director of Finance on a 6 month basis.

You will be joining a high-performing and resilient Finance team supporting the business on all Financial matters including but not limited to:

• Oversee production of 2022 annual report and financial statements (with Head of Corporate Governance)
• Oversee tax and treasury management, including meeting regulatory requirements
• Ensure that effective and efficient policies and procedures (internal financial controls) are in place.
• Managing a large Finance team
• Providing technical accounting GAAP and regulatory reporting guidance and support to the business.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant. have experience within the Fintech/ Financial Services Sector. You will be able to commit to a 6 month contract and have the ability to start quickly.
