Structure: Reporting in to Director of TL team

ROLE
Title: Associate Director
Workscope: Client facing role wherein this director will be in an advisory role to assess and mediate risk in a transaction. (W&I etc)
Salary: *$530K-$660K HKD (¥480K-¥600K) p/a dependent on skills and experience.

REQUIRED
Experience: 3-6 PQE
Skills: M&A/Transaction Liability Skills - Ideally in Insurance. Strong M&A without Insurance also looked at.
Languages: Mandarin essential.
