This MGA Insurance organization based in NYC, they have been established for almost 20 years, and recently with a new CIO are driving operational excellence and transforming the organization into a more technology driven establishment.
The Role:
They have created a new position reporting into the COO for Director Of Business Enablement. This role will be viable across the senior leadership team, and be responsible for driving operational, and process excellence.
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
- Experience of working within the P&C Insurance industry (Carrier, Consultancy, MGA, TPA)
- Great track record of managing Business and Operations Projects
- Operations experience
- Process improvement experience
- Strong communicator, able to navigate business and technology teams
- High energy, and wants to work in a lean, fast moving business.
