Job Description

As an Associate Product Marketing Manager for the Italian market, you will analyze, measure, position, package, and
promote product and business offerings in Italy. You will work with the local marketing team, the wider European marketing group and local sales teams to plan and execute major B2B initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will be to recruit small and medium advertisers through efficient ROI-based campaigns designed
to increase awareness, education and product adoption. You will also be required to analyse the results of marketing
programs to optimise investment. You will work with Sales and PR to onboard new advertisers and contribute to the
overall positioning in the business market.

● Work closely with the Product Marketing Managers to define and implement customer acquisition strategy for
Small and Medium Businesses (SMB)
● Create and implement marketing activities to recruit SMB advertisers and drive revenue
● Lead program to deliver the following key objectives: improve click-through and conversion rates, drive
customer acquisitions, increase customer spend and revenue, etc
● Develop Website testing / Mobile Strategy with Machine Learning: Manage A/B test of AdWords Landing Pages
to drive conversion rate improvements; Develop long-term mobile strategy - Mobile landing pages / campaigns
to drive acquisitions
● Develop Content strategy: Lead efforts in Keyword Research and Content development to improve searchability

● BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record
● Experience in product marketing, direct marketing, marketing program management, or consulting
● Ability to analyze products, customers and market dynamics
● Understanding of the search, online advertising, or web publishing markets and strategic and
competitive position
● Fluency in Italian and English
● Previous experience / demonstrate strong interest in digital marketing (eg: AdWords - SEM, GDN, TrueView
etc, Keyword Planner, Search Console SEO, Content Marketing, A/B Testing, Email Marketing)
