About the role:

A tier 1 European Bank is currently hiring for their Wealth and Personal Banking team. This team has a strong digital presence and it's a highly collaborative team with flexible working culture. They are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst / Assistant Product Manager for the Digital Banking team.

As a Business Analyst, you will work with various stakeholders and you are accountable for customer behaviour requirements activities within Credit Card related projects in digital channel. You will work with Product Owners in generating ideas and ensuring digital deliverable meet the requirements.

Requirement:

• Experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge and experience within the Digital Banking industry
• Knowledgeable in Personal Banking and Wealth (Credit Card, Loans, etc)
• Excellent communication skills, Cantonese is a must
• Excellent understanding of Design thinking, customer centric design, Agile project methodology / framework

This role is a contract role with initial duration of 1 year and strong possibility of extension.
