Our client is a leading multinational insurance company in the world. They're now looking for Digital BA (AM Grade) for their huge journey of digital transformation with advanced technology.
Responsibilities
- Do customer analytics through research, interviews and regular feedback
- Lead the team for creating new products, and being responsible for its design and functionalities
- Communicate with business owners: prioritize the products and define the overall product roadmap
- Define and manage the project schedules, team activities, team values and priorities
- Understand and gathering business requirements, identifying opportunities and evaluating them to implement effective and efficient business solutions
- Serve as a product owner in agile ceremonies, being the voice of business
- Manage the technology team interface & communicate with them to clarity requirements
- Ensure implementation goes according to the timeline, quality delivery of products and functionalities
- Manage UAT, support implementation and go-live issue resolution
- Ensure key delivery issues / risks are identified and establish proper mitigation / actions
- Provide training to users
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Computer Science or other equivalent discipline
- 4 years of experience or above in business analysis with digital transformation projects - Tech savvy and quick learner
- Work experience with UX/UI designers for developing new products, preferably an E2E customer journey
- Good communication skills to face clients and business stakeholders to advocate product
- Able to coach, mentor and guide junior team members
- Good problem solving skills, communication skills and stakeholder management
- Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum
- Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
