Job Description:
As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of our databases across APAC region. You will work closely with our development and IT teams to ensure the optimal functioning of our Oracle Database and SQL server environments. Your duties will include database design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement database solutions that meet the business requirements
- Monitor and optimize database performance
- Ensure data integrity and security
- Troubleshoot database issues and perform regular maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to support application development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of experience as a Database Administrator
- Proficiency in Oracle Database and SQL server administration
- Strong knowledge of database design and implementation best practices
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Mandarin and Cantonese language capabilities
