We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our team. As a Data Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our organization's data architecture. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain efficient data solutions that align with our business objectives. While expertise in data architecture is a must, having proficiency in Azure is considered a valuable asset for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Architecture Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design robust data architecture solutions that support business needs and long-term scalability.
- Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and data dictionaries to ensure data consistency, integrity, and accessibility.
- Data Integration: Design and implement data integration processes, ETL pipelines, and data workflows to enable seamless data movement across systems.
- Database Management: Manage and optimize databases, ensuring performance, security, and availability.
- Azure Integration (Nice to Have): Leverage Azure services and tools to enhance data solutions, cloud migration, and analytics capabilities.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute a data strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data architecture, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing.
- Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English, French/Dutch
- Nice to have: Experience with Azure services and tools for data management and analytics.
