Are you ready to deliver the future of Marketing for our European teams? You'll be joining the Growth Hub - a new type of creative digital team that fuses strategy, marketing, and technology to identify where our business needs to be and to get us there fast.
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
As the Growth Hub Data Analyst, you will be responsible for measuring and reporting on the key marketing performance metrics of Growth Hub campaigns. You'll use advanced analytics and visualisation to take large-scale data and provide digestible insights to relevant teams and stakeholders. The successful candidate will proactively provide recommendations to drive ROI and identify where we can scale learnings across the European Markets we support.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Analyse and process performance data for all Growth Hub marketing campaigns
* Recommend data-based actionable insights and strategies to relevant stakeholders and teams
* Leverage available data to design and build basic predictive models
* Support the Analytics Lead in building measurement plans to understand the incremental impact of our marketing and measure the value of our Personalisation initiatives
* Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and understand how we determine campaign success
* Work closely with the channel leads to determine hypothesis and design of A/B / MV testing, ensuring statistical significance
* Compliment central dashboards with additional Data Studio reports when required
* Oversee and ensure efficient data capture through a tag management solution - working with the Growth Hub Tagging Specialist and End Markets to ensure accurate tracking is in place
* Lead marketing attribution improvement across Europe, building the roadmap towards marketing mix modelling and multi-touch attribution as standard
* Advise End Markets on the best technologies and frameworks to collect, process, and use digital marketing data
* Train the Markets on how to use new marketing analytics tools and models in an optimal manner
* Provide leadership, support, & expertise to direct reports and junior colleagues, helping them to develop their careers and provide them with learning opportunities
* Contribute to the inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

ESSENTIAL

* 4+ years in Data & Analytics, with at least 2 years Marketing experience
* Strong knowledge of SQL and Digital Analytics (GA360, Big Query, Adobe) with experience of applying improving Marketing ROI
* Understanding of Web Analytics, Ad Tracking, Ad Serving, DMP & DSPs and CDPs
* Familiarisation with data visualisation tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Power BI)
* Experience using statistical techniques (e.g. hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, & significance testing)
* Knowledge of Marketing Attribution and Marketing Mix Modelling
* Ability to communicate complex messages in an engaging way
* The versatility and willingness to learn new technologies on the job
* An ability to work as part of a team, managing multiple stakeholders at the same time
* Strong English language skills
