Our client is seeking a Delegated Underwritng Data Analyst to join their team in the London office. The role is located in the Delegated Underwriting function, which involves various activities across our European, UK and Bermudan platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations for internal and external stakeholders
* Support Underwriting and Claims teams on Delegated contracts
* To provide reports highlighting trends and issues in data and facilitate deeper performance management of our Delegated facilities
* Improving the MI suite of reports, creating dashboards, scorecards and KPIs to keep senior management informed of developments with the delegated authority area
* Mine and analyse datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool (Power BI)
* To manage the Delegated Authority team's data needs, especially about data received from MGA's, TPA's, Auditors and Internal Systems
* Attend and input into relevant internal, client or market meetings * General monthly or ad-hoc reporting and reporting building
* Develop Delegated MI processes, validation and policies
* Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content
* Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
