- Attend to customer inquiries, requests and complaints in a professional and prompt manner.
- Taking phone calls from customers and process simple orders.
- Collect feedback and suggestions from customers and escalate to the next level for continual improvement.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved by delivering excellent customer service.
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
- Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors from time to time.
- Bachelors' degree
- Minimum 2 years related work experience in customer service
- Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese
- Cheerful, proactive, positive and with a passion to deliver good customer experience
