Employment type: Full-time - Contracting(Until end of year, then extended to June 2021)

Contract: Initially Until end of April 2020 (plus extensions)
Task & Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor Corporate Actions processing daily operations (Take over, Right Issues, Exchange Offer, DRP etc) in line with the service level agreements
- Reception and scrubbing of the market/Custodians information
- Centralization of the client's instruction and their sending to the market/custodians
- The booking of the proceeds and the resolutions of the breaks
- Cooperate with clients and counterparties for the daily business
- Solve problems with other departments to close operational issues
Knowledge, Skills and Education:
- Experience in Corporate Actions
- Knowledge of Avaloq Core Banking System is desired
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- High flexibility and willingness to learn
- Good team player
- Capability to autonomously get around in a highly challenging, fast-paced and complex environment
- Fluent English and in any other languages. German being a plus.
- Know-how in Corporate Actions is considered as a strong plus
