An successful and ever-expanding Challenger Bank is looking for a Compliance Officer to join the team! The role is based in the South East and offers hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Compliance, you will be responsible for SMCR matters in the business
• You will also be responsible for Policy Reviews and Horizon Scanning
• Be open to picking up ad hock tasks in the 20 strong compliance team

Keys skills / experiences:

• Previous experience embedding SMCR into a business
• Financial services sector experience
• Have direct exposure to a Compliance function
• Knowledge of FCA handbooks (MCOBS/BCOBS is particularly desirable)
