Oliver James Associates are currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager on behalf of our client, a Credit Servicing institute.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Compliance professional to join a growing business and take the next steps in their career.

This position reports directly into the Head of Compliance and will focus on the first and second line of defence. The role will be responsible for but not limited to the management of the clients outsource providers. Providing guidance on complex customer issues and monitoring regulated activity

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the first and second line of defence. Either working towards the LCOI or fully qualified and a good understanding of mortgages or lending.
