Oliver James is partnered with a fast growing fintech providing Business to Business payment solutions to recruit for a Compliance Analyst as the business continues to grow and take over market share.
This newly created position within the organisation will focus on conducting customer/client due-diligence reviews for portfolio of clients and working with the wider Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance function with regards to Sanctions, PEPs, and KYC matters.
The successful candidate can expect a varied and busy day-to-day focusing on but not limited to the following;
- Review the required information for all new onboards and refresh client reviews, in relation to any missing/unclear information
- Understand and abide by the company's CDD policy and procedures in order to apply in an operational environment
- complete Due Diligence (light KYC) on Outsourcing Service Provider requests
- Attend bi-weekly Compliance/Commercial Team calls to review and discuss client files and provide status updates
- Review and reply to incoming CDD Client emails, responding within SLA timeframes
- Monitor and liaise with MLRO's on escalated Client files submitted to MLRO(s), to ensure a decision is agreed within SLA timeframes
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of cdd, kyc and AML experience while holding a strong grasp of verbal and written communication.
