I am currently recruiting for a Compliance Advisor for one of my FS/Insurance clients in Surrey.

The role:

- Compliance Advisor - advising different parts of the businesses on regulatory requirements

- Horizon scanning, financial promotions sign off

- Business Partnering element - BP especially with the sales team

- Understanding of conduct risk, customer outcomes, risk management

Experience required:

- Experience in Insurance industry and awareness of UK financial regulatory framework

- FCA / PRA knowledge

- Compliance advisory . business partnering experience

- Able to communicate well, challenge and advise in a confident manner

- ICA certificate advantageous
