A new opportunity for a Claims Negotiator - Credit Hire to join a leading motor insurer near to Crawley. They are looking for someone with proven knowledge of credit hire and claims.

Main responsibilities will include;

• Handle credit hire claims from cradle to grave
• Proactively record, process and settle claims
• Process cheques on claims files as required
• Effectively negotiate with customers, suppliers and all relevant representatives

The successful Claims Negotiator will have;

• Proven experience of handling credit hire claims
• Knowledge of motor claims
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
