An excellent opportunity for a Claims Handler to join a growing insurance team in Manchester. This role will be processing personal injury claims via the MoJ Claims Portal.
Responsibilities of the Claims Handler will include;
- Assessing and processing personal injury claims to the conclusion of Stage 1
- Proactively triage and process low level MoJ Portal claims
- Process cheques on claims files as required
- Conduct detailed telephone interviews with customers in relation to the claim
The successful Claims handler will have;
- Proven experience in motor claims, personal injury and liability are desirable
- Knowledge of motor claims, liability, RTA, personal injury and potential fraud
- Excellent communication skills
