Leading Insurance business seeking a "Rising Star" in Claims for their Claims Management team. This is a unique opportunity to grow and develop within a team who will heavily invest in your development as a Claims Adjuster. Main Responsibilities:
- You will be able to develop a thorough understanding of the underwriting and claims within the specific line of business portfolio.
- You will proactively adjust claims within your authority level and in accordance with the organisations claims vision and obligations
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining close and collaborative working relationships with your divisional underwriters and actuaries
Desired Experience:
- Experience working collaboratively as part of a team
- Experienced claims practitioner with 1 year or more of General Insurance claims.
- Strong understanding of policy coverage, benefits and exclusions.
- Understanding of legal, regulatory and territorial issues relating to the policy wordings
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Technical competency and expertise; a desire for excellence and high personal standards.
