Renowned payment Fintech looking for a CTO to spearhead the IT strategy for Hong Kong.

Our client is a well-established payments service provider based in Hong Kong who are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to spearhead the digital strategy across their platforms and provide premium services to business partners and clients.

You will be responsible for building the road-map and persuading senior stakeholders to budget and deliver long-term strategy projects for Hong Kong, and possibly into GBA for the future.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in related IT discipline; MBA preferred.

• 12+ years experience across technology, preferably within application development or architecture design.
• 3+ years experience working within the Hong Kong market.
• Experience with payments or complex financial services projects (e.g. open api) is a strong advantage.
• Experience in projects developing customer-journey focused applications.
• Agile implementation methodology.
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage.
