Chief Legal & Compliance opportunity available in a Global Healthcare/Insurance MNC handling all legal, regulatory, compliance and corporate secretarial functions for the business.

The incumbant must handle compliance with laws, regulations, company policies and contracts and work closely with the Insurance Authority and Hong Kong's regulators to ensure compliance with the latest regulatory requirements for both life and general insurance businesses.

Required:

- 10+ PQE

- Ideally with a Hong Kong qualification

- Strong knowledge of Legal & Compliance work focused around Life and GI businesses.

- Past experience working in Insurance/Healthcare

- Strong communication skills to handle seniors and stakeholders
