It is a regional role focusing on providing strategic and practical legal advice across the business unit for Asia. Your role would be to focus on negotiating contracts, manage and negotiate M&A strategic projects including governance and managing litigious matters.

Required:

- 9+ PQE

- Common Law Qualification

- M&A experience

- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks within financial services

- Ideally with Healthcare/Insurance Experience

- English essential, added languages advantageous
