Oliver James Associates are currently representing a leading Insurer in their search for a Capital and Treasury Manager that will report into the Director of Finance. This will be a leadership role, managing a team of 2 and will have great exposure across the business. This is a brand new role that will see the successful candidate take over a large part of the current Director of Finance's role.

This will be a leadership role, managing a team of 2 and will have great exposure across the business. This is a brand new role that will see the successful candidate take over a large part of the current Director of Finance's role.
- You will analyse and execute various transactions across internal capital management
- Support in M&A transactions
- Assist in the development of the group-wide capital management
- Create quarterly capital reports and projections
- Assist in implementing structural adjustments
Required experience
- Insurance experience would be an advantage
- Sound knowledge of capital models
- Understanding of Solvency II and SST
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting
- M&A knowledge on financial implications
- Solid corporate finance experience
- German speaking
