Business Intelligence Team Lead - Hybrid working Birkenhead - Up to £60,000
Are you an experienced Business Intelligence Team Lead looking for a new challenge in an expanding organisation?
We're looking for an experienced BI Team Lead for our globally recognised Client, a leading specialist in engineering and technology insurance and engineering inspection services provider. With underwriting that covers a broad range of technologies and industry sectors who are ever growing!
You will working hands on with the following programmes, Power BI, SQL, Excel and other database structures and principles as well as previous management experience. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 analysts.
Core Responsibilities:
* To provide knowledge and experience to the company to best solve problems and action upon opportunities in an insurance environment.
* To provide detailed data based analysis of Business processes and scenario
* To manage and develop the team of technical analysts, ensuring informed decisions are made and new methodologies are implemented to help achieve the Group's strategic objectives.
* Help shape and determine a reporting strategy, including understanding of available technologies and software to assist delivery.
* Ability to make considered decisions in a pressured environment, ensuring understanding and impact of consequences are understood.
Your Experience:
* Previous management experience
* Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, database structures and principles and Excel
* Extensive experience as a Systems Analyst
* Ability to assess and evaluate the latest trends in the insurance and IT industries for recommending solutions for business system opportunities.
