Our client is a leading multinational insurance company. They're now looking for a Business Excellence Manager in Life Operation. Insurance background is a MUST.
Your Role
- Gather user requirements for mission critical projects like online portal and process automation to enhance customer experience
- Work with experts from different functions to identify opportunities to achieve business excellence
- Support mapping as-is process, identify gaps and perform impact analysis
- Provide help for business owners and identify business scenarios and acceptance test criteria
- Conduct and monitor QA tests for system enhancement and new system release; prepare and report test results
- Represent the interest of different business units by aligning the business needs with the capabilities delivered by IT and follow up the required tasks according to agreed schedule; act as liaison between business units and IT
- Collect inputs from subject matter experts, perform situation analysis and define required functions, business processes & procedures
- Design business models, create and maintain business processes, addition or update of business glossary
- Develop and maintain business requirements documentation "BRD", finalise it and archive as appropriate
- Establish, update and maintain the customer/advisor journey with experience mapping from customer/advisor's point of view
- Assist business function teams to ensure adequate test cases and scenarios are defined, as well as the acceptance criteria are traceable as per finalised BRD
- Assist Project Manager and business owners to develop WBS and UAT plan, define test scope and produce a delivery checklist with quality acceptance criteria for sign-off
- Coordinate with IT team to monitor defects/CR and help to clarify on requirements and priority with business users
- Work with business teams and senior executives to define KPIs and required metrics for analysis or report requirements
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree with 4-5 years of related experience in Business Analyst of life insurance
- Solid foundation of Life insurance products, operations, processes
- Solid experience in complicated testing execution
- Experience in Agency or Broker portal projects, Life Policy Admin system enhancement, or levy
- Good time management skill to manage multiple tasks and meet tight project timeline
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
