We currently looking for a Business Change Manager to join a UK wide business who are currently going through the process of transforming their operations towards a Net-carbon zero approach . There are various other big initiatives taking place such as their D&I just justice programme.

You'll join the business in a capacity developing strategic project plans which align with the business vision. As well as recommending & implementing appropriate programme development structures alongside resource plans, implementation plans, communication plans, and monitoring & evaluation plans.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Advising on and implementing delivery mechanisms.

• Monitoring progress with KPI's and any relevant alternative measures.
• Oversight for communications linked to delivery of our objectives and priorities.
• The development and submission of funding applications to the business's investment programme through their strategic mission and through the board.
• Applying a structured methodology and leading change management activities.
• Conduct impact analysis, to assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
• Manage third party contributions to programmes.

This is a great opportunity for a Business Change Manager to join a business with UK wide roots, you'll have the ability to get involved in initiatives that will shape the future of this business! We are not looking for someone who has done all of the above.
