Business Analyst (IT & Change) - Wakefield

Established business specialising in developing products for a range of large blue chip clients, are looking to growing their change management team due to a digital transformation across the business.

The role will join a change team of 10 people, a mix of PM's & BA's who work across a number of internal and external business change programmes within an Agile environment.

The successful candidates must have experience or the ability to communicate with both external clients and internal business users. The business is running a full technology and digital transformation which effects both the business internally and their clients.

Candidates will have experience working within both business change and IT / Technology programmes.

This is an ideal role for a Business Analyst looking to take the step into a medium sized business where they would have the opportunity and autonomy to progress their career quickly. Reporting to the Head of Change, you will be developed into a Senior Business Analyst in the team, and given opportunity to develop your skills working with both internal and external clients.

The client offers fleixbility to work from home approx 2 days a week with flexible working hours. Free parkingg on site, based approx 5 moinutes off the M1.
