**Business Analyst - Global Insurer - London - Hybrid Working**
A leading London Market Insurer is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join a growing Change and Transformation team. You will have exposure of working on projects across the business from a business and technology perspective, whilst being supported by a wider team. You will work with the Senior Project Manager, Business Analyst team, and Subject Matter Experts from various areas of the business to take responsibility for pulling together the requirements, analysing processes and data flows.
- Working with Senior Business Analyst's build work stream for significant and strategic projects involving multiple business units and multiple customers globally
- Ability to formulate as is and to be process maps utilising specific tools designed for that capability.
- Gather business requirements (both functional and non-functional) to ensure that the full business and IT impact has been thought through
Key Skills:
- Strong insurance service industry background, Lloyd's Market Experience, Reinsurance
- Knowledge of core insurance processes will be an advantage
- Should have been part of projects ranging from medium to large scale
- Experience of working on Agile projects
- Experience with outsourcing and /or external third-party suppliers/partner
- Experience of data migration would be preferable
- Experience of working with data and using SQL to help analyse data in different systems including data profiling and source to target mapping
- Strong understanding and experience of business process mapping and re engineering
