Large MNC banking client looking for Business Analyst to join their team

Responsibilities

  • Determine and specify the who/what/why, acceptance criteria, information flows, processes, and data structures to meet functional and non-functional requirements behind a business problem or opportunity
  • Work closely with end-users and the development teams to devise more efficient and effective business processes, including working with related projects to understand and manage project dependencies and gain efficiencies where feasible
  • Assisting with the documentation of features, specifications, use-cases and user-stories into practical guides for development teams and peers to follow
  • Ability to present and articulate user research, needs and findings effectively to the wider product team and back to the business users
  • Involvement in sketching, prototyping and user testing, including handoffs to the design onto the development team
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Planning and scheduling project timelines
  • Managing client relationships

  • Requirements Analysis; documentation, traceability, and change (functional and non-functional)

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
