Business Analyst - £650+ (Outside IR35) - Hybrid (UK) - 6 months

Do you have experience as a process Business analyst working within a claims function/ team.

This role will be working with key stakeholders to help map out AS IS processes and identify & capture current issues in order to produce proposed TO BE solutions that are technology & process optimised.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in a process analyst role, mapping complex processes
• Ability to lead workshops eliciting business process requirements from stakeholders / presenting TO BE proposals for feedback.
• Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective process & technology solutions.
• Business analysis skills with Lean/6Sigma, ISEB Business analysis experience (qualifications desirable)
• Experience working on claims processes is desirable, but not essential
