My client, a start-up Lloyd's Syndicate, is seeking an FP&A Manager to join their finance team in the City. This is a newly created role, with an M&A and investor relations focus.
Job Title: FP&A Manager (stand-alone role)
Salary: £90,000-£100,000 basic + package
Location: City of London

Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring information is complete and accurate and provides insightful analysis to facilitate the understanding of performance relative to the original investment proposition
- Responsible for dealing with questions from investors regarding all aspects of financial performance
- Development and ongoing production of management information for inclusion in materials for Boards / Management Committees
- Ad hoc analysis in response to both internal and external requests, developing analytical tools and models to deliver insightful output
Key experience:
- Qualified accountant - ACA/ACCA
- Solid experience of business performance management disciplines across; planning, budgeting, forecasting, balanced business scorecards and KPI reporting
- Financial services background
- Strong communication skills
- Effective organisational skills
