Your key responsibilities:

Your primary activity will be to develop a complete solution in Power BI, which would consist in reports making use of your extensive knowledge & experience to deliver insights to users in a UX-friendly way.

• Data Modeling: Creating well-structured data models that accurately represent the business requirements and enable efficient analysis. A strong understanding of relational databases and data relationships is essential for this task.
• Dashboard and Report Design: Developing visually appealing and intuitive dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. This involves selecting appropriate visualizations, arranging elements for clarity, and ensuring the overall design meets user needs.
• Data Transformation and ETL: Extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into Power BI, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability. Proficiency in data manipulation techniques and familiarity with Power Query (M Query) is crucial for this task.
• DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) Mastery: Writing complex DAX formulas to create custom calculations, measures, and aggregations that support advanced analytic and reporting requirements. A deep understanding of DAX functions and syntax is essential for performing calculations and manipulating data within Power BI.
• Performance Optimisation: Optimising the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure fast data refresh, query execution, and rendering times. This includes optimising data models, query efficiency, and report design to deliver a responsive and user-friendly experience.

Skills and competences:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master degree with minimal 2 years of relevant work experience;
• You have a hands-on Back-end development experience in Business Intelligence projects
• You possess excellent Power BI skills with the Dax Language
• Working knowledge of Data modelling techniques such as Star Schema/snowflake
• You are curious and pragmatic
• You can adapt yourself quickly and understand an organisation and activities.
