In this role, you will closely collaborate with the marketing department, showcasing your ability to translate business requirements into optimal dashboard designs.
Join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering data-driven products and solutions across our organization through advanced data visualization technology and analytics. Work alongside skilled data engineers to establish efficient data pipelines and collaborate with data analysts to derive insights and develop dashboards. The client is currently using PowerBI and MicroStrategy, but since most BI tools share similar concepts, specific background in these tools is not a must.
As a valued member of the community of practice, which includes BI developers and business process experts, you will benefit from mentorship by experienced community members. Sharing best practices and seeking guidance will be pivotal to our collaborative learning and continuous improvement.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
* A master's or equivalent degree in Engineering (Business, Industrial, Academic, or equivalent)
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Affinity to an industrial B2B market
* Excellent knowledge of BI design principles and best practices
* Practical experience with BI tools like PowerBI
* Proficiency in Data modeling techniques such as Star Schema/snowflake
* High self-motivation and a passion for designing solutions and supporting others in their processes are crucial for success.
* English (Must have) ; Dutch (Should have)
Additionally, exposure to the following skill sets is advantageous:
* Knowledge of O365 Power platforms ETL
* Business process mapping (BPM)
* Exposure/certification in agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFE
